WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
At this stage, being a small and aiming to keep prices as low as possible, we only ship within Australia.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We absolutely accept return of faulty manufacturing and mistakes a customer might have made in your order. Our intention is always to supply excellent service and high quality products.
If the fault is on our side, it is our cost. Return will be arranged and paid for by us.
If the fault is at the customer's end, we would expect products returned in the original condition it was sent out and at the customer's own expense. Even so, we are more than happy to re-make and send out corrected products.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
No limits!
HOW DO I MEASURE MY HORSE FOR A CUSTOM HALTER?
Find the CUSTOM ORDERS tab at the top of the page. Measuring instructions are easy to follow. Simply measure and fill the form. Once you press SEND ORDER, we will have it and confirm with you.
If you have multiple horses, please make sure you re-fill and send the form for each horse individually.

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY ROPE COLOUR?
Find the SPECIAL ROPE COLOUR SELECTOR tab at the top of the page.
Make sure you choose the thickness of your rope ( 6mm / 8mm / 14mm / 16mm)
Each rope has a number and name. Copy both into the SPECIAL COLOUR space while placing your order.
Be aware that special colours need to be ordered and adds $5 to cost and might take up to a week to arrive before production.
